The Queen Bee cycles through the following attacks consecutively:
Horizontal Charge
- The Queen Bee gets on the same level with the player and charges horizontally at them.
- The speed of the charges is increased below 66% (6,382) health.
- This attack is repeated 4 times before the Queen Bee moves on to the next one.
Stinger Burst
- The Queen Bee hovers above the player and shoots out a burst of 12 stingers at them.
- It shoots out 5 bursts before moving on to the next attack.
Honey Blasts
- The Queen Bee hovers above the player and shoots a bouncy Honey Blast at them which ricochets off tiles.
- It shoots out 18 Honey Blasts before moving on to the next attack.
Abdominal Bees
- The Queen Bee gives birth to a swarm of hostile Bees which follow the player.
- Once below 75% (7,252) health, it gains the ability to shoot out Bee Hives from its abdomen which can release Hornets upon breaking on tiles.
The Queen Bee enters Subphase 2 at 50% (4,834) health and gains the ability to spawn a cone of bees around the player and attract large Hornets inward. It cycles through the following attacks consecutively:
Horizontal Charge
- The Queen Bee gets on the same level with the player and charges horizontally at them.
- This attack is repeated 4 times before the Queen Bee moves on to the next one.
- This attack is repeated 6 times instead if the Queen Bee is below 33% (3,191) health.
Stinger Burst
- The Queen Bee hovers above the player and shoots out a burst of 12 stingers at them.
- It shoots out 8 bursts before moving on to the next attack.
Honey Blasts
- The Queen Bee hovers above the player and shoots a bouncy poisonous Honey Blast at them which ricochets off tiles.
- It shoots out 18 poisonous Honey Blasts before moving on to the next attack.
Hive Cone
- The Queen Bee hovers horizontally near the player for 2.5 seconds and releases a conical flurry of stingers around the player.
- It bobs up and down and summons giant bees inwards towards itself through the cone for 8 seconds.
- The giant bees surround themselves around the Queen Bee and fly radially outwards once the attack is over.
Bee Swarm
- The Queen Bee roars and releases a yellow shockwave.
- After approximately 3 seconds, it summons a swarm of invincible bees from both sides of the screen for 10 seconds.
