Spawn

The Dragonfolly does not spawn on its own, and requires the player to summon it by using an Exotic Pheromones in the Jungle.

Behavior

The Dragonfolly is a very fast and agile boss which uses lots of ram attacks making the use of mobility accesories such as the Celestial Tracers a must.

The dragonfolly enters third phase at 33% hp (84,480hp) gaining one new attack alongside making the other attacks much more aggressive Lightning charge:

  • The attack stays the same.

Feather rams:

  • The attack stays the same but now the Dragonfolly charges 5 to 7 times.

Electric orbs:

  • The attack stays the same except that dragonfolly will now teleport when this attack ends immideately following to the next one.

Orb barrage:

  • The dragonfolly will now charge a third time and spawn 4 orbs per charge.

Bomb feathers

  • This attack now spawns 10 falling feathers.

Thunder Storm

  • The entire screen will go red as thunders start being telegraphed all around the player, after a few seconds all thunders will fall at the same time. During this attack Dragonfolly will spawn orbs that go towards the player while also trying to ram into them.

Tips

  • Avoid staying on the same horizontal height as the dragonfolly as mosts of its attacks include a horizontal dash.
  • The use of a ram dash (ideally the one from the Asgard’s Valor) is really helpful as it allows to dodge and do damage to the dragonfolly all at once.
