The Brimstone Elemental selects attacks from the following pool at random:

Skull Blasts

  • The Brimstone Elemental teleports to a point near the player telegraphed by an orange aura and fires a curved barrage of Brimstone Hellblasts at them for 1.5 seconds.
  • It performs this 3 times before moving on to the next attack.
    • If enraged, the Brimstone Elemental massively increases the fire rate of the Brimstone Hellblasts, halves its teleport time and becomes invincible.

Rose Burst

  • The Brimstone Elemental makes a damaging circular cage of ashen vines around the player.
  • It then summons 10 Brimstone Roses from its eye at various points within the cage.
    • If enraged, it summons 15 Brimstone Roses instead.
  • After a few moments, each of the Brimstone Roses explodes into a spread of 2 petals aimed towards the player.
    • If the Brimstone Elemental is enraged, they explode into a burst of 5 petals instead.
  • This attack is repeated 4 times before moving on to the next one.

Flame Bombardment

  • The Brimstone Elemental holds still and fires out intermittent waves of Hellblasts and Brimstone Skulls at the player.
    • The number of Brimstone Skulls fired at the player is inversely proportionate to the Brimstone Elemental's health, starting at 5 and going up to 8.
    • If enraged, the Brimstone Elemental fires out 8 additional Brimstone Skulls per wave.
  • After firing 4 waves of Hellblasts, the Brimstone Elemental moves on to the next attack.

Cocooned Storm

  • The Brimstone Elemental goes immobile and fires out a horizontal and vertical shower of Brimstone Fireballs from its eye.
    • If enraged, the fire rate of the Brimstone Fireballs is massively increased.
  • After approximately 9.5 seconds, it stops and moves on to the next attack.
