Calamity Mod Infernum Mode adds many new tracks or music to the game. All tracks are made by composer PinpinNeon. So far, there are 25 tracks currently in-game, and almost all of them are featured in its album: Terraria Infernum Mod OST.

Infernum Mode's music tracks can only be heard in-game if the music add-on mod, known as Infernum Mode Music, is installed and enabled. This mod can be downloaded from the official Steam Workshop page, or alternatively installed through the tModLoader Mod Browser.

Once Infernum Mode Music is enabled, most Calamity Mod and vanilla Terraria tracks (or any other replacement track via third-party mods or Terraria Steam Workshop resource packs) will be replaced by its Infernum Mode counterparts, but only if the difficulty is set to Infernum Mode, otherwise its respective track will play instead.

Instead of its music being played freely through the Music Box, all Infernum Mode soundtracks are played in-game through the Soul-Driven Headphones item, with two exclusive tracks. Additional music is unlocked by defeating Bosses.

ฟ้าหลังฝน (Sky After Rain)

A sombre and atmospheric track that plays in the Infernum Style main menu theme. This track can also play in-game when using the Soul-Driven Headphones, after being obtained from the Starter Bag. • All they wanted was to fly up through the sky
But they're damned from the moment the spark faded from their eyes
Restrained by the harsh truth that in the end they're confined
To a cage left in the dark of the night

Burned by their fate, their mind a desolate land
Having lived a nightmare few could ever understand
And yet... clawing their way out of the cage they still shine
For in their heart remains their guiding light

  • "For in their heart remains their guiding light..."

Have you all known what it's like to feel hatred?
To realize that there's room for it in your heart?
Long ago I never thought I would feel it
But it seems that I was just too naive to see the truth

See these scars that hide memories before I tried to live with myself?
Those scars that hide memories of the times I could not live with myself
They were born of pain from my heart, which had become blackened and broken
If they're born of pain from my heart, is it blackened and broken?

    Hear my last hopes
Engrave them for all to see
The shattered wings that still dream of taking flight
    My soul will burn
    (My soul will burn)
    By the flames of calamity
(By the flames of the world that scarred my heart)
Despite these trials of fire, in the end I still see the light

WHAT IF THE LIGHT THAT YOU SEE NOW IS JUST A FAKE- AN ILLUSION?
WHAT YOU'RE DOING IS DELUDING YOURSELF INTO SEEING FALSE HOPES!
YOU REALLY THINK THAT WHAT YOU'VE DONE WILL BE ENOUGH FOR THOSE VOICES!?
THEN LET THE ONE INSIDE YOUR HEAD CONTINUE TO MAKE YOUR LIFE HELL!

Here we are again back in the void where my heart lays dead and my mind's driven insane
The pale imitation of myself trying to reach for the stars
But if in the end there's no one that can hear the sounds of my soul writhing in pain
Then let the storm before dawn become as dark as my own scars

(Here we are again back in the void where my heart lays dead and my mind's driven insane
The pale imitation of myself trying to reach for the stars)
But if in the end there's no one that can hear the screams of my soul howling in vain
Then let the sky after rain become as dark as my own scars

  • Soul-Driven Headphones Exclusive

    พายุก่อนอรุณ (Storm Before Dawn)

A special boss battle soundtrack that plays when the option is activated using the Soul-Driven Headphones. This replaces every boss track when active, but it does not play during the Boss Rush event. It has lyrics sung by the Mai vocal synthesizer.

  • To those who listen, in a place filled with calamity
Burdened by the grim fate of the land
Go forth, and take control of your destiny
Change the world with your hands!

Even as your body starts to break down in pain
    (Don't give up now...)
Even if in the end you'll lose again and again
    (Get up and fight!)
Remind yourself of your past victories and stand
Weave those strings of fate and hear this song of hope!

Even with all the scars you've gained from your past fights
    (You're stronger now...)
Even if you can't seem to catch a moment's respite
    (Don't hesitate!)
Ignite the spark in your soul and bring out that light
Think of the sky after rain and its beauty!

The sounds of rain and raging wind throughout the night
    (Let the world hear...)
Echoes of pain ringing within this dark world of strife
    (Your silenced voice!)
Braving the storm before dawn with your gift of life
Let this song of mine guides you to salvation!

  • Inferior Fabrications (Exo Remix)
