The Flower of the Ocean is a Hardmode accessory obtained by placing an Elysian Rose in the fourth layer of the Abyss. When equipped at night, a pale blue luminescent effect shows over the sky, mimicking a scenic marine environment complete with fish swimming in the background. When equipped underwater, it greatly increases visibility around the player.
