The Eye of Madness is a post-Moon Lord mage weapon that is dropped by the Primordial Wyrm. When used, the player holds out an eye artifact that fires out a barrage of shadow tendrils which automatically target the nearest enemy for consistent damage. These tendrils pierce through walls and through other targets.
Its best modifier is Mythical.
