The Blasted Tophat is a pet summoning item obtained by completing the Amazingly Asinine Assistant Dev Wish achievement. It summons a temporal hat-wearing girl that follows the player on foot. If the player moves or flies away, she will attempt to hover around the player to keep up with them. The girl provides various tips to the player while fighting bosses in Infernum Mode. The tips appear as a text popup above the pet, but can be toggled to appear as chat messages in the Infernum Mod's configuration options.
