The Sakura Bud is a Developer Item obtained from chopping down any regularly occurring Sakura tree. Once the Blossom Garden area in the jungle is located, the player can toss the bud into one of the water pools to obtain the Sakura Bloom.

Once thrown into the water pool, the player also receives the Dev Wish "Innocent Breeze".
