The Box Jellyfish is an enemy that spawns in the 1st layer of The Abyss.

Behavior

Box Jellyfishes usually spawn in schools of 2-4 jellyfishes. They are a predators, meaning they'll hunt Depth Feeders and Herrings.

It remains passive, swimming randomly, until the player comes close enough and is in its sight. Once the Box Jellyfish has spotted the player, and as long as the player is in its range, it will dart towards them, dealing contact damage and inflicting Acid Venom on contact. When it's about to come in contact with the player, the Box Jellyfish will create a zap around itself that stays for 3 seconds, and won't be able to create another one for 3 more seconds.
